Order Processing Time
All orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your package is handed over to our delivery partners, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note that order processing times may be slightly longer during high-volume periods, holidays, or promotional events.
Estimated Shipping Times
To provide you with the best value and curated selections, your orders may be dispatched directly from our automated fulfillment centers. Our estimated delivery windows for major regions are as follows:
• United States: 7 to 15 business days after shipment
• Europe & United Kingdom: 10 to 15 business days after shipment
• Rest of the World: 10 to 20 business days after shipment
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Factors such as customs clearance processes, local postal delays, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or peak shopping seasons may occasionally cause variations in delivery times.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system. In some cases, tracking updates may take longer depending on the carrier or destination country.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Linkle House is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, import fees, tariffs, or other charges applied to your order upon arrival in your country. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Linkle House is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, returned, or delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, is significantly delayed, or appears to be lost, please contact our support team at linklehouse@gmail.com with your order number and relevant details. If your order arrives damaged, please include photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue and help make it right.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or building management. If you still need assistance, contact us and we will do our best to help investigate the issue with the delivery partner.
