Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return

Please note that submitting a return request does not mean the return is automatically approved. All return requests are reviewed according to our return policy. Once your return request is approved, our customer support team will provide the exact return address and detailed shipping instructions.

Return Address

We do not list a fixed return address online. This is to ensure your package is routed to the correct return processing location and to help prevent lost shipments.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or to the address listed on the original package. This address may not be our return processing location. Items sent back without prior approval and official return instructions will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.

Damages and Issues

Exchanges

Because our products are processed through automated fulfillment partners, we are currently unable to offer direct item-for-item exchanges.

The fastest and most reliable way to get a different size, color, or product is to return your original item for a refund first. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you would like instead.

This helps ensure that your new order is processed correctly and shipped without unnecessary delays.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned package.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and we will let you know whether the refund was approved.

If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
